Brief Biography:


Dr. Namrata Chhabra is a specialist of Biochemistry (M.D.) with a work experience of 28 years. She has worked with Directorate of Research and Medical education India and is currently working in S.S.R. Medical College Mauritius as a Professor and Head Department of Biochemistry. She has to her credit a multitude of research publications, award winning presentations and professional laurels. She is a life member of various professional organizations and is also a faculty, editor, scholarly reviewer and member advisory board of various peer reviewed journals. Her current research is aimed at study of biomarkers for the early prediction of Atherosclerosis, Type 2 diabetes mellitus and cancers. She has carved a niche with her simplified yet thought provoking teaching by virtue of her expertise in teaching field.
