Brief Biography:
Researcher in physical activity and health, I have published over twenty international papers about the effect of exercise on several chronic conditions.
Currently, I am working at the Faculty of Education and Sport Science, University of Vigo, Spain.
I have published five books about physical activity and chronic conditions.
