Brief Biography:
Graduate of University of Cincinnati School of Medicine (1985). Completed Infectious Diseases Fellowship (1990) at Ohio State University. Served in the US Air Force at Keesler AFB (1990-1995) and Wright-Patterson AFB (1995-1997). Joined the faculty at Wright State University full time in 1996. Board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases.

Professor of Medicine, Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Medical Director for Public Health – Dayton & Montgomery County. Civil Surgeon for the US Citizen and Immigration Services.
Research interests:
Research interests include tuberculosis, staphylococci, sexually transmitted diseases and public health.

What I think of the idea behind WebmedCentral:
This is the direction that scientific publications need to head. There is a need for greater transparency in the review process. Costs are making it more difficult to publish which works against the publication of the broadest range of research.
