Brief Biography:
Seyyed Abed Hosseini was born in 1984 in Quchan, Iran. He received the B.S. degree in electronics from the Sadjad Institute of higher education, Mashhad, Iran, in 2006, and the M.S. degree in biomedical engineering from the Islamic Azad University Mashhad Branch, Mashhad, Iran, in 2009. He is currently Ph.D. student at the Control Engineering of the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran.He is a member of the Iranian Society for Biomedical Engineering, Tehran, Iran. He has authored over 30 journal and conference papers.
His research interests include recognition of emotional stress states based on the analysis of EEG and psychophysiological signals in order to improve human computer interaction, biomedical signal processing, functional brain modeling, non-linear and chaos analysis and digital design with FPGA and CPLD.
