A useeless comparative study

  • What are the main claims of the paper and how important are they?

    A comparative study with no randomization is useless because it does not add any evidence in a field where several trial has been already performed. 


  • Are these claims novel? If not, please specify papers that weaken the claims to the originality of this one.

    Several other copmarative stuides with meta-analysises have been already published


  • Are the claims properly placed in the context of the previous literature?

    No


  • Do the results support the claims? If not, what other evidence is required?

    No because of lack of randomization and proper follow-up
